Spanning 1,600m², the landscape was designed to suit the Dubai lifestyle, combining generous family spaces with impressive areas for hosting and socialising.

A striking 20m pool takes centre stage, featuring two acrylic walls that create a spectacular focal point from across the house. A sunken seating area with fire pit, shallow pool ledge and floating loungers provides the perfect setting for relaxed days by the water, while multiple shaded areas incorporate comfortable seating, dining and a fully equipped BBQ counter for entertaining.
