The arrival experience begins at the gated entrance, where a long driveway lined with palms and clipped hedging leads guests towards the villa. Textured water feature walls and a sculptural olive tree mark the approach. A circular fountain sits beneath the entrance canopy, setting an elegant tone for the experience ahead.

Throughout the gardens, sweeping lawns are softened by curved pathways and islands of layered planting. A large pergola with a slatted timber roof shelters a lounge, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen. Beyond it, a generous swimming pool with sun loungers forms a beautiful setting for relaxation. A traditional courtyard with patterned tiling, fountains and a flowing water channel offers a quieter, more intimate retreat.

Every space has been carefully designed to balance grandeur with comfort, creating a landscape suited to both family life and entertaining on a larger scale. Lighting has been carefully integrated throughout, so the gardens, palms and water features take on a softer character in the evening. Lush planting, water and a light, natural palette tie the spaces together, creating a cohesive retreat that feels closely connected to the home.
